Yes, backtracking can be done for historical dates for which you want to check the travelled location of employees. You have to select the date and name of the employee. Complete route map will be displayed as a result of your query. You can also download the report.
Can I calculate distance travelled by employees with the help of an employee tracking feature?
Yes, leysha has a feature to display distance travelled by employees for that particular date. The distance calculated is not 100 percent accurate but that is a tentative distance travelled by an employee on that particular date.
Can I track an employee when he is offline or gps is off?
Yes, employees can be tracked with their GPS off by cell tower location. Accuracy will be a bit low but you will get the location of the nearest cell tower. The Internet is necessary while punching in and out. If after that employee switches off the data or there is some network issue, tracking data is stored in a mobile device and when the next time the internet is connected all the data will automatically sync to the server and admin can check locations of an employee.
How many employees can I track at a time?
There is no such limitation. All the present employees will be visible on screen at the same time. You can filter employees you want to see by their location and name.
Do I have to install the leysha app for getting tracked?
Yes, Leysha mobile app can be downloaded from play store and users can login using their credentials. Once they have login, they have to punch in and out on a daily basis to mark their attendance and put tracking on and stop.

How to book orders in leysha?
For booking order, click on orders from the left menu. From the sub menu select ‘book an order’. Select customer type and name of customer. ’Select product from various categories and its quantity. Add to cart. Review your order and book it. Back office will automatically receive notification about new orders for further processing it to the dispatch department.
Is there any limitation on the number of orders that can be booked by employee or client?
No, there is no restriction on the number of orders that can be punched through leysha. Neither is any restriction related to the number of products or services that can be listed in leysha.
Can I manage Taxes and discounts according to product or location for which order is getting booked?
Yes, taxes and discounts can be predefined and it can be edited before punching final order in the cart. Sometimes it happens that taxes vary between locations. Also sometimes the discount depends on the order quantity. Leysha has been designed keeping in mind about practical usages while punching orders.
