For automated attendance you need to install small in size Bluetooth signal broadcasting devices called Beacons on the entry and exit of your office premises. If the automated attendance is enabled in company configuration (entry and exit beacons also needed to be defined in configuration), an employee having Leysha Mobile App installed in his/her mobile, when reaches near an entry beacon, will be automatically punched in by the mobile application. Similarly when the employee reaches the exit beacon, he/she will be punched out automatically.

- 11. How can I see the current location of my sales team members on the map?
Your sales team members must install Leysha mobile application in their mobile phones to get tracked by the application. When they install, run and login in app their location tracking gets started automatically if GPS tracking is enabled in the configurations. Once the GPS tracking has started you can view their current location on the Dashboard in Live Tracking tab. Please also note that your employees also need to keep their GPS On in their mobile phones.
- 12. Does automated payroll processing possible in Leysha?
Yes, automated payroll processing is possible in Leysha. In the payroll processing section you can either generate the payroll of a selected employee or all the employees of your organisation for the selected pay period.
- 13. I want to be transparent in awarding my employees for their good performance, how does Leysha help me in doing that?
With the Award section, you can create create an Award and configure parameters. When you activate the award just specify number of employees to be awarded, frequency(one time, monthly, yearly etc.), calculation date etc. Leysha then automatically list out the eligible employees based on the award parameters and lets you award your employees transparently. With the employees of your organisation knowing that the awards are processed automatically through Leysha, they also have a full faith in the process.

If you already have Biometric machine then no need to purchase new one if your machine supports LAN and tech support from that brand is available.

Every employee has one or other task at a time. When we assign a new task to an employee he has to decide which task is to be completed first. If the priority of the task is defined, it will be more clear and easy to make decisions about which task has to be done first.

Yes, employees can be tracked with their GPS off by cell tower location. Accuracy will be a bit low but you will get the location of the nearest cell tower. The Internet is necessary while punching in and out. If after that employee switches off the data or there is some network issue, tracking data is stored in a mobile device and when the next time the internet is connected all the data will automatically sync to the server and admin can check locations of an employee.

Admin can find the configuration option by clicking on the setting icon on the upper right corner of leysha’s dashboard. In the company configuration section admin can set protocols for all the modules like salary, leaves, attendance, shift etc. Admin can add heads related to salary, department and designation. Overall modules setting can be managed through the configuration section.
- 2. What is the step for defining protocols of my company in leysha through company configuration?
From the upper right corner on the dashboard, click on the setting button for accessing the company configuration section. Now from here you can select the category first from the left tab out of General, Employee, Leave, Award and Expenses. After selecting the respective category you will find further options to select specific module or feature you want to set protocol for.
In the employee section you can add/edit ‘Role’, you can manage settings related to attendance, Salary, add/edit Shifts, EPF and ESi.
In the leave section, you can add customized heads for leaves, define the number of leaves in heads and also manage settings related to leave approval.
In expense, you can add customized heads for expenses and also manage settings related to expense approval.
- 3. Do I have to set all rules for the company and employees or you will assist me in that?
We create leysha account for the company. After that we schedule a meeting with the admin for proper training related to how to use leysha for managing daily operations of your business. We also offer training for employees. Our support team is always there to solve doubts. In case you want us to hand over a ‘ready to use’ account you have to share all the details with us in a defined format.

- 5. How to add a department in leysha?
From the upper right corner on the dashboard select setting icon, click on the department. With the ‘add new’ button you can add a department to your company.
- 6. How to add Designation in leysha?
From the upper right corner on the dashboard select setting icon, click on the Designation. With the ‘add new’ button you can select the department for which you want to create a designation. Example: If you want to add a designation with the name ‘sales manager’, you can select the sales department. After that select the top designation from the group down, type designation name and save it to create a new designation in your company.
